Although Jalex Pet Products endeavours to shows product information as accurately as possible including descriptions, images, and ingredients, however, on occasions manufactures and brand owners may change products slightly such as colour, size, ingredients etc which may not be reflected immediately.  Due to the range and variety of products we sell there may be times we are unaware of any changes made which therefore may not then be reflected on our product pages.   Should you receive your product which then transpires is materially different to the product purchased our return process allows for its return so please do follow the refund/return policies to return your product.

 

Images are usually stock images supplied by the manufactures and/or suppliers so although they usually are very accurate there will be times that it may show a range of colours where only 1 item is supplied or where it may demonstrate how the product works or looks in a certain way to further promote the products features, this again will not mean that everything in a picture will be supplied.  The descriptions and titles will usually be clear to show enough information so your aware of what it is you are purchasing.  Sometimes a little common sense is required when looking at products and their images so that your fully aware what it is that is being purchased, please do make contact should you require further information on any product listed on our site.
